Complex teens come together for 3 days with the support they need to make friends, prepare meals/snacks, experience fresh air, and practice life skills as a group! Our team of CYC’s supports each teen where they are at, and make sure they get a chance to play, rest, and regulate meaningfully while learning new things!

Healing through Relationships

Our team of CYC’s gets to know each teen and builds meaningful relationships with them built on trust. At a baseline, our 12+ Clubhouse can help build new associations for teens about the world around them, the adults in it, and how they can connect with their community outside of school/home in a positive way.

A Summer of Skills to last a Lifetime

Life Skills

Life skills are essential tools for navigating the complexities of modern life. They encompass practical competencies such as time management, critical thinking, and effective communication. These abilities enable teens to handle a wide range of issues and transitions with greater ease, fostering independence and adaptability.

Volunteer-Readiness

Preparing teens for volunteer opportunities equips them with a sense of community involvement and responsibility. It instills values like empathy and altruism while providing practical experience in teamwork and leadership. Being volunteer-ready can open doors to new experiences and enhance personal development.

Social Skills

Social skills are the foundation for building strong relationships and effectively interacting with others. They include understanding and managing emotions, respecting different perspectives, and collaborating with peers. Cultivating these skills can lead to improved social interactions and contribute to overall emotional well-being.

Growth Mindset

A growth mindset encourages resilience and a passion for learning, as it is the belief that intelligence and abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work. It drives teens to embrace challenges, learn from criticism, and persist in the face of setbacks, leading to greater achievement and self-fulfillment.
